  • Tracking: Not available by default (optional upgrade at checkout, where applicable).

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on package size and selected service.

📦 Tracked & Express Shipping

  • Suitable for: Customers who prefer a tracked or faster delivery option.

  • Tracking: Provided upon dispatch.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout depending on service.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping via Royal Mail using the following services:

  • Suitable for: Small, flat items such as prints, cards, stickers, and other lightweight goods.

  • Weight limit: Up to 100g (exact limits may vary by country).

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days*

  • Tracking: Not available by default (optional upgrade at checkout, where applicable).

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

📦 Royal Mail International Small Parcel

  • Suitable for: Bulkier items such as boxed goods, clothing, figures, or accessories.

  • Weight limit: Up to 2kg

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days*

  • Tracking: Available in most regions (see checkout for options).

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment is received.

  • We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays.

🚫 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

📬 Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days (UK & Europe) or 25 working days (Rest of World), please contact us so we can investigate.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

📦 Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost, please contact us at contact@thevoidvault.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If the parcel was sent with tracking, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • If the parcel was sent without tracking, we are unable to guarantee a replacement or refund.
