Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage, defect, or receiving the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We will provide the return address and instructions once your request is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition. For change-of-mind cancellations under EU law, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
